Need a new crankset.

I don't care about saving weight. I was thinking about getting a regular crankset. One with three rings. But only using one. I found a Shimano 105 crankset for $74.84 at https://secure11.nexternal.com/shared/StoreFront/default.asp?CS=icycles&BusType=BtoC&Count1=51159083&Count2=968299508
Is there a better deal out there?

OH, and I also found a tensioner at this site:

If you're going to only be using one chainring, a double crankset will be cheaper than a tripple. Nashbar has some for around $45:

If this bike still has a crankset, one option would be to use the crankset that you have and remove the outer ring, get an inner ring with the number of teeth you want and use shorter chainring bolts, also known as single stack bolts, designed for a single chainring (available from many shops or online from Harris Cyclery). You can adjust your chainline by either getting a different length BB, or using chainring spacers (probably with normal chainring bolts), or by depending on the set-up, using spacers on the rear hub.

Cyclocross crank sets come with smaller chain rings. They're typically the same 130mm BCD as regular road cranks.
