  3. Have you noticed that you experience the nausea when eating any particular
food? This hasn't happened to me on LC but it sounds like a food
    intolerance.

"back" on? The answer is simple - by never going off in
the first place. You do know that no matter what plan
you attempt, if you quit you'll gain all of the weight
back, right? So the only plan that ever works is the one
    you can stay on forever.

Nausea is unusual but not rare in the first two weeks.
Then it goes away. Be anyware from 3 weeks to 3 decades
    in, and it is handled.

I don't have problems with nausea unless I don't eat quite enough. It's
the supplements that make me nauseated without sufficient food.

The biggest culprit is the Metformin. :-P Don't _ever_ take that stuff
on an empty stomach unless you don't want to eat anything the rest of
    the day!

There's not a lot that you CAN do other than eat regularly. I
experienced mini-flashes of nausea on and off for the first month or
two. Of course, somewhere along the line I also developed a sensitivity
to my vitamin supplements and have to be careful to take them on a VERY
    full stomach.

Either you're not drinking enough water, or you're emotionally messed up.

  8. Could you be eating too much greasy food? I've had it happen - I think it
was mostly because I have a hiatal hernia and an ulcer. Now I just try to be
more careful. It does happen if I go with too little food too. Maybe you too
    have some stomach issues.

  9. Drink some hot black tea, it will settle your stomach. Peppermint tea is
    nice too.
Iced will not work as well, but can help.

  10. Nausea? Hmmmm. I havent experienced that. I wonder....if maybe
beginning LCing....gives you nausea because you dont make enough
digestive enzymes to effeciently digest the protein?

You might try taking some enzyme supplements with your meals and see if
    that makes a difference.

  11. Here's another one of those things that you "dunno".

  13. I was thinking that he might need enzymes too, but more for the added fat.
Most people who diet do so by lowering their fat intake. Then they switch
to LC and the fat suddenly goes way up, compared to their old diet, and
maybe their systems aren't used to it?

  14. Be careful with charcoal. It works but also absorbs a lot of the nutrients
in your digestive system so they go right through you.

  17. Although it wouldn't help for nausea, psyllium fibre does too.

  18. Well,

I think this guy is a troll.

However, I have heard of low carbers whose body has adjusted to needing
smaller amounts of food, but they force-feed themselves the volume they were
previously used to eating. The result can be nausea, as the next step
    beyond feeling stuffed.
