and legal last time I downloaded it, though Wiley might have
recently bought the distribution rights to it. Prior to that, it
was available for a fee only for the hardcopy directly from NAMP.

AFB has a long-standing reputation of shunning idiots/top-posters
and being generally unfriendly to inarticulate newbies (thanks to
Kevin), but this is the first time we turned the tables and made
a kOOk out of a regular contributor.

We don't even speak his name anymore. AFB has a new image now
that Kevin is gone, but the reputation lives on.
