For many month I have observed my brother Bill Davidson, become one of the most abusive and offensive people on this news group. For that I do apologize for his unacceptable behavior. With that I would like to offer a short explanation for this behavior. While growing up Bill experimented with several type's of drugs and aerosol cans. Over the years his wife has divorced him and he has developed a mental handicap sufficient enough to collect Social Security. The other parts of our family have shunned him from family gatherings and celebrations. I will admit for him that he does not play the bagpipes and has been asked to leave several bands because of his attitude. I would ask those who have had trouble with him to please take into consideration his mental handicap and poor life style. Someday we all hope that Bill can pull himself out of this.
