The climbing form he's showing he might just be able to make some time on
the mountaintop finishes (His attacking acceleration reminds me a bit
of Pantani, although he may need some surgery on his ears if he wants to

You forgot Evans, who can climb better than Klodi and fairly close to
Valverde. Klodi can beat but those two in a TT - and all three can
crush Mayo - so it's matter of how much time the climbers can bank in
the mountains to hold off Klodi's TT.

Evans even attacked his group on the climb yesterday - finally -
although he looked fairly silly on the decent, when he fell asleep
causing a potentially damaging gap in the group to develop, leaving it
to Klodi to close before the finish.
