I ordered my rosemary powdered because I wanted to try it powdered. Usually you rub the rosemary
between your hands to bruise it before adding to things. I wanted to see if you didn't have to
with the powder.And I'm at that age where rosemary is about the right size to get stuck between
your teeth.

Rocky Mountain is a spice blend (new to me) but sounded like it would be tasty.

I used to keep both powdered and whole roasemary, using the powdered in sauces, soups, etc., and
reserving the whole for roasting or where it was easily removed before serving (for the same reason
you gave).

However, when I ran out of the powedered, I tried grinding the whole rosemary in my spice mill and
it reduced it to a perfect texture. Now I just keep the whole herb on hand.

ahh. I was just curious as I could not think of a recipe where I would need a sprinkling of rosemary
powder, and wondered if you baked something in particular : ie: like ground ginger for gingerbread.
