1. Can anyone think of a name for her?

    Original garden shot -

and then tuesday this week I fitted this to her -

Really is a fantastic ride, the Brain valving on the rear shock works really well.

Gorgeous. Looks very mean, very stealthy. Congrats! Names? Hmmm. I love naming bikes...

    Francesca

    Padre Popup

    Jimmy Buttons

    Black Mountain Bike

    Theodore

    Bangkok Shirley

    Captain Angus

    Hoshi

    Chickpea Rider

...that's it for now. You might want to scan the Name My Bike thread for more ideas.

  3. That is one scary looking bike... (in a good sort of way)

  4. How about definitely not;

    Barry

    Brian

Bessie (although I had a bike called this once, this is a silly name)

    Badger

    Beasley

    Bruno

    Binky

    Bonaparte

    Bonjour

...or any other name beginning with B?

    (apologies; not at all helpful)

  5. I kinda like the sound of Hoshi...🙂

  6. Right on, right on! Make it Hoshi. Very sexy. Athletic. Capable. Sweet. Modern. Fit to be loved, pampered, and yet agressive, willing.

    Like your S-Works.

  7. Does it have to be a girl's name? How about Musashi? Dirk Diggler?

If it has to be a girl's name, how about these:

Elvira (you would need some red accents, however)

Black Mamba (from Kill Bill, Vol. 1)

    Dirty little gutter tramp

Just saw the XTR crank pic. Definitely Dirk Diggler.

Works better. One's relationship with their bike benefits from a mildly sexual flavor. Nothing obscene; just enough so that you can refer to it with a unique sense of endearment.

My girlfriend's Specialized Allez goes by Ernie.

  10. Blade Runner!!!

    uumm yea that's it
