taken a shine to it and I'll be replacing the rim with a clincher and then
thinking about the front wheel (I hate singles). Lastly is the Moser, at
62cm maybe a bit big for me, but it is destined to be more a city fast-bike
so should be OK. Mainly Shimano 105 on this one. Rear rim was too dented for
truing so I have replaced the rim. New rim tape, tubes and tyres and I've
had my first ride, not bad. Full service and flat bars to come.

I've certainly considered an adventure into the world of single speeds and
fixies with the running bikes. Time will tell :-)

I thought about keeping it, but it mounts to brazed on frame points. I
haven't rolled the Alpha back to the recycling yet. Would you like it?

Rebuild #1 complete. Plenty of snow and cold weather downtime to spare. Bars
look a little odd in the photo but it feels great. The Moser will actually
make its way back to Perth in February to be used as my holiday beach, tour
and pub bike. Oh I can feel that sunshine already :-)
