  1. Since we were in the US I went to the grocery store with the other
    ladies. Now I have some fun stuff to play with - lamb chops, bbq rib
    strip, really neat bottle of balsamic vinegar, morton's tender quick,
    bamboo shoots, and water chestnut. I've never done lamb chops before so
    that should be fun and the morton's is for learning how to cure meats.
    I'm going to be playing in the kitchen this week 🙂

    Sounds like fun. Lamb shops are best with a little pink in them. Tender and
    very tasty.

    I like them grilled, but broiled is OK.

    Fried, grilled or barbecued.

    There's nothing hard about lamb chops. They should still be pink in
    the middle when done.
