I've just completed the Air Seat for my new Coker (due in from Darren
soon).

I started with the Viscount saddle that came with my Summit. I thought
it would work well with the GB4 handle because of the heavy metal bottom
plate.
I started by cutting the foam with a razor knife and then using a
hacksaw blade. I left all the foam in the very front.

Bolted on the GB4 handle.

I used a UDC airbag with a 20" x 1.75" tube folded nearly in half.

I decided to add a Smallish gel pad I found at Walmart.

Stretched the Fusion saddle cover over and voila. Start to finish about
30 minutes.
