  1. I've just completed the Air Seat for my new Coker (due in from Darren
    soon).

    I started with the Viscount saddle that came with my Summit. I thought
    it would work well with the GB4 handle because of the heavy metal bottom
    plate.
    I started by cutting the foam with a razor knife and then using a
    hacksaw blade. I left all the foam in the very front.

    Bolted on the GB4 handle.

    I used a UDC airbag with a 20" x 1.75" tube folded nearly in half.

    I decided to add a Smallish gel pad I found at Walmart.

    Stretched the Fusion saddle cover over and voila. Start to finish about
    30 minutes.

  2. The first six photos won't load. However the final photo of the
    complete seat looks great! Very nice job! 🙂

  3. Hey that looks good. How does it feel?

    You should get a back bumper on that if you didnt already. I wouldnt
    want youre cover to rip after a fall.

    I dont see the UDC airbag on unicycle.com at all. Am I missing
    something?
