  1. I'm putting together a cd to list to while I run. Songs have to be
upbeat. I was wondering what people on here listen to when the run if
anything. Any suggestions for me to throw on the cd?

    thanks.

I would suggest getting an iPod. A CD only holds about 18 songs or so. On
an iPod you can have several hundred songs.

Survivor is one of my favorite.

  6. Thanks for link

Goes to confirm that different stokes for different folks. Some of the
songs would kill my strides on the track.

when I started running, slowly plodding along, Roger Miller's "Chug a
Lug" used to go through my head.

Nothing to do with the lyrics, jsut the rhythm of it.

The song I often go through now is Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Up
Around the Bend". It's a goodie

I don't use an iPod or anything like that - I sweat too much and find
it bloody annoying. so I jsut let songs waft through my brain's inner
    IPOD.
