  1. This thread is going quite JC.

On topic, I don't listen to music when I ride uni, bike, or ski. I've
tried a bit but I found enjoy the sounds around me more than through ear
phones. Its also one more thing to keep track of. I get enough in my car
    and at home.

Do contemporary artists "merge" their songs today?

Its not quite Robin Trower but I can't hear Bye Bye Love by The Cars
without expecting to hear Moving In Stereo. Double the play time double
    the royalty.

What does JC mean?!?!?! Is that a good thing or a bad thing.

I was riding with my iPod mini yesterday ( I used my belt clip)
everything went fine. I decided to try and hop up onto a curb and then
hop back down (thats the first time I have tried that) I landed it the
first time I tried it. So only good things have happened so far since I
have been listening to music while riding. It was Miles Davis to be
    exact.

Just Conversation (or John Childs 🙂 ). Not necessarily a bad thing.
Thread started off unicycle related, stayed on topic of Music while
riding but briefly drifted to non-unicycling and now is back to
    riding.

    Natural progression for these parts.

  4. Another advantage of riding with music is that you cant hear idiots
shouting comments at you as you ride past!

I know some comments are positive but i'd rather not be shouted at at
    all 🙂

On the subject of mp3 players, do any other brands players (i.e. ipod
    alternatives) play gapless?
