No it ain't! The only things that -are- black is the seat, clamp,
current pedals, and tire. And nipples. Don't ya hate those dang black

yeah it would, but would it realy look good? it would be completely
tight if part of your seat was red or the rim was red, but as the rest
had no red on it, im not sure that it woudl be all that great.

But whatever you decide im sure will look awesome

and sorry, thought your frame was black, it has a shadow on the bottom
of it that doesnt make it look chome

It doesn't matter, if you are riding often enough for people to see
them, then they won't have much colour on them in the end anyways.

blue for flamin sake, look at the color of the hub!!! blue will match
the hub and look good, but if you had blue on ya seat i would go for
red.
