No congrats until you've actually moved.......

and California has bigger hills than Colorado........Colorado just has
    more of them.

  2. I got that pokey after doing a bit of a face auger on that roll the
first time around. The thorn had broken off nearly flush with the
skin and I did not notice it until I went to brush off the dirt and
felt something subdermal happening. I made the roll the second time
around (when the camera was on) but it was not until later that I
realized that I had forgot reset the fork from 4.5" back to 6" after
the fireroad climb to get to the top of the fun techy stuff. I'm not
normally an afternoon riding kid of guy on the weekends, but that was a
lot of fun and the light was quite nice that time of day up there. I
updated the spokejunkies thread with some pics from the day.

Wow. That last pic of JD doing the roll is really bizarre. Is it the
camera angle that makes him look so much larger than the bike?

There's something that the little internet leg humpers will never truly
get, I'm larger than life itself.

Schweet! Is that deerbrush (Ceanothus spp. aka wild lilacs) on the left
in the "we rolled a lot" photo?

    gabrielle

Affirmative. It smelled nice on that trail, but when those things are
growing into it, thyey get a little pokey.

I loooove that stuff. It should be blooming about now...I need to plan a
ride on Whoop-de-doo to check it out.
