I've read a few of the posts on here about these parks starting to spring up
around the US. Nothing beats the outdoors for biking in my view but gotta
admit, I'm kinda looking forward to seeing how ours turns out up here in
Ontario!

By the way, don't forget about the bike show in March for anyone
interested.
8 acres sounds kinda small to service the needs around Mississauga. Is this
a trials park or a BMX style track as opposed to something with trails?

Yes "indoor mountain biking" is an oxymoron - but hey, it's excercise.

Dunno yet, find out next week. Seems to me if it's just freeride/trials, we
have plenty of bigger locations servicing that.
