You can only go there in a session with a trainer and they record everything you do and its a gradual increase. I went there first with my wife she gave me 10 sessions as a christmas present (WTF??)
At least she didn't give you a cake of soap - that would be deflating.
Now, I've been going to the gym about 10 times a week for two weeks so far (I go for a class in the am and another in the pm 5 times a week)
Loving it! All the fit beautiful ladies!
Why was this kept secret from me?
I've had no shortage of them coming over when I seemed to not know how to use the equipment (and of course - I've no incentive to really learn how). I can cycle / jog, stair-climb along and enjoy a chat / view.
The cycle classes are great. I am at the stage were I'm going through about 1000cal in the 45 mins. Then I go and warm down on one of the above mentioned machines for 30 mins and burn another 300-400. I then go to Gloria Jeans at Strathfield and drink half of it back (how bad is a cappucinno anyway?)
I can happily report that in this past 2 weeks, 4 kgs have fallen off my belly.
That takes me to 31 total.
I'm not sure that I'll catch you though.
