  1. Hi BrisVegans,

LBS now has entry forms for MS Brissie to the Bay, May 29. 3 Distances,
10km for the family, 30km or 55km. Orleigh Park West End, out to Wynnum
along Wynnum rd, Back along Lytton Rd. Spectacular views of Moreton Bay
    and the Murarrie Crit Circuit!

Anyone doing it? Just wondering if anyone wanted a team. My alternative
for that weekend is the Tambourine Trek - 62km in the wilderness (ish).

  2. Hi Tam,

I'll probably be doing the MS Bay ride - but might end up dragging my
wife and daughters along and doing the family ride.

Will let you know closer to time.......

Tambourine Trek sounds interesting! Is this a "Tam ride", or an
    'official ride'...??

I'd tell you straight out, but I'm not allowed to on a.b, so...

The Tambourine Trek isn't a ride, AH, it's a r--, and it can be done in
    teams or as an individual...

  4. Wow - sounds fun (and painful!!).

Hope your doing this as part of a team........

Maybe if you ride to the start, then you're allowed to talk about on
a.b??? Although maybe climbing through Tambourine Mountain isn't the
    ideal warm-up...

    Cheers,
    AH

I think the actual race climbs Mt Tambourine in the middle. Like it
starts down the bottom in the forest somewhere, and the turnaround is at
the top. I bags being the team mate who starts at the top!!!! (No I
don't, downhill r--ning hurts, DOMS very bad....)

I'd be up for that - no racing on that sunday for once.
