Last night I fell asleep before closing the lid on the peanut butter jar. When I woke up this morning I found a mouse in the jar. I quickly put the lid on the jar, and the mouse is now inside the jar. I dont want the mouse to escape, or it will still be in my house, but I dont want to waste a half jar of peanut butter either. How do I capture the mouse so I can finish eating the peanut butter?

Hey, this is a pretty good troll. For your efforts, I'll give you a reply. Open the damn jar outside. That way, he'll be out of your house and you can stir the rat pee and [censored] into the peanut butter, and eat till your heart's content.

Nah. Spread the peanut butter on the mouse and eat the mouse.

It should be baked first. What temperature should the oven be, and for how many minutes?
Mice have germs, bacteria and fungi, on their bodies. Peanut butter has a lot of oily protein which can be a good substrate for bacterial growth. Seriously, just ditch it!

Hi There :-) Two things might be helpful here:
1. Please don't top-post. 2. Learn to spot the trolls.
Take Care.

The funny thing about the troll post is that mice really do love PB.

Yup, they sure do. And just like using peanut butter as bait for mice, the troll used mice and peanut butter as bait for the NG :-)

Where do you get your recipes? Baked mouse? Absurd!!
After spreading the mouse with peanut butter, roll it in raisins. There! Ants on a Mouse.

In England, they might call it Spotted Mouse [censored].

I'd try preheating the oven to 350, then use a meat thermometer stuck up the little guys... well, you get the idea, and take him out at 165 degrees. He'll continue to heat for a minute or two and should come out well done. 🙂
