Have one in the shop..for display..neat design, took some of the
features of the original OB bearing and improved them, IMO..says they
are stiffer and lighter, implying that the old fashioned square taper
was somehow heavy and flexy, neither of which were true but, one again,
decisions by the marketing department instead of the racing department.
Gonna sell a lot of them and the crank/lever/brake items of Campag
overshadowing Sram, as if Sram is now 'old news'. Centaur(with carbon)
and below levers functional like Sram but simplier and lighter and
about 1/3 the price. (Centaur about $175, Force $550)..
