  1. Last week I reported that after losing 53 lbs on South Beach, my doctor
    took me off of my blood pressure medication.
    I just got the results of my bloodwork and my cholesterol has gone good too.
    LDL -70
    HDL 145
    YIPPEEE

    I assume he meant LDL - 70 and just left off the dash for HDL. So you've
    heard of people with HDL of 145?

    Yeah. It's possible he typo's on the numbers,. but it was obvious that
    there was an improvement and he was happy about it. High fiver to him, and
