I'd like to know if there is a way to read the conclusions of this drug lab
investigation - a published report, etc.

Me too - correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the first time an
athlete has been banned without a postitive test of any kind. They
are just going by the criminal investigation and testimony. I do think
Montgomery is guilty, but it's interesting nonetheless. All his records
were scrapped yesterday too, of course.

I agree. His being banned is premature. No test, no ban.

you'd still say "No test, no ban"? I don't think it's a black-and-white
issue here. Of course, I'm not saying they've met the burden of proof in
the Montgomery case, but I don't know that they haven't, either.
