Has Moninger ever explained the obviously and amateurishly
falsified test results he used to make his case for
supplement contamination?

I'd have given him two years. Six months for the test result
and 18 months for the fairy tale defense. I guess you like
fairy tales more than I do.

What would you have given VDB. His fairy tale was pretty original at the

I hope RBR and Cycling can learn from:

A few years ago, when I was getting my MBA, my Channels of Distribution
class required me to work with a company to help them with distribution
issues.

The company I was assigned to was a supplement company and their
distribution issues were interesting and solved.

What is important to this discussion is that they used the same mixers to
mix all products. Each product only seperated by a quick rinsing of a
machine. I asked; doesn't that mean some of one product can become a part
of the next batch. I was told, yes, but it was not important because
producing product was important.

Keep in mind that the supplement industry is not regulated the same as the
pharmacutical industry.

Meaning even if you have a blank check guarantee from a supplement company
that their products will not cause positive tests, this does not mean that
any one container of supplement will comply.

I believe it is wrong for a cyclist to be held accountable for the improper
actions of others, for which the cyclist could not have known about or
avoided.
