  1. Mirth: the pair of toddlers at this morning's CTC meet who stood jumping up
and down, pointing at me on Mr Norbert Frosty, shouting, "Funny lady! Funny
    lady!"

Pain: Now, why does doing 20'ish miles on Mr Norbert Frosty this morning
make my thights feel as if I've done 50+ on the upwrong??? I need to know!

    Cheers, helen s

Sounds as though Funny Lady may be suffering from a lack of Norbert
    Frosty miles?

Indeedee. The forced lack of mileage over Nov/Dec & into Jan due to that
rampant dental abscess kept me off the steeds for much of that time :-( I am
    paying for it!

Too right. You need to practice being laid back with Mr Frosty after a
    long period of being upright
