Does anyone know a recipe for the mint side sauce you get in Indian
restaurants?

Indian mint sauce
Ingredients
1 Medium size Granny Smith apple.
1/2 A medium size onion.
1 cup Loosely packed fresh mint leafs.
1 Green bell pepper.
1 bunch Fresh cilantro.
1/2 tsp Red chili pepper flakes.
2 cloves Garlic.
Salt to taste.
The juice of 1 lemon.
A dash of steak sauce.Preparation
In a small food processor, combine all the ingredients, including the apple
peels, pulse until you have a thick sauce. -

What do I serve it on? Lamb would be the obvious choice, but there must
be more ideas.
What about the appearance? I'm guessing it must be made just before
serving, or it turns an unattractive brown.--Lia

Quite seriously, I've got them on my to-try list ever since I read about
them here. That was only yesterday so I haven't been seriously
shopping. But I do like many sorts of beans so a new variety is up my
