  1. I've had my shoes for about 1 year, but didn't run for about six
months earlier in the year. If I had to guess, I would say that I
have about 150 miles on them.

I've recently developed shin splints, which aren't too bad, and aren't
causing me to not run, but I don't want to make them worse.

Are these an indication of shoes needing replacement?

    Thanks.

    No.

BTW, I think a two-year old could have worked that one out.

It could be you need to replace your shoes. I would guess that it
has more to do with your running style. check out
