"David Millar reacted quickly and decisively to his heart-breaking defeat in Saturday's prologue time-trial by having the team manager of his Cofidis squad Alain Bondue demoted in a reshuffle that may prove a turning point in the Scot's career."

And not only that Steve, Cofidis, (who are in the Shylocking Business) are threatening to call in Alain's loan

The thought of Millar taking charge of much of anything is frightening indeed!
But, just for the sake of arguement, say he does defeat the dark forces on his own team that have been sabotaging his career, how will will he then overcome the conspiracies of Jean Marie Leblanc, the organizers of the Vuelta, the UCI, and Jan Ullrich too?
Will this flower that is David Millar ever be allowed to bloom and then bear fruit?

On the Eurosport preview today he said there was no "soul" in the team, and that he was now taking full responsibility as the team leader. At least he was up there attacking with McGhee in the last 10k today.
I just found out (cyclingnews) that the "head" representative of his sponsor company is called François Migraine. Now it is clear that everything in that team is wrong! Even the sponsor 🙂

David Millar - "Soul Man". Hoping for some fireworks now.
