  1. Fed up with cereal and often don't have time for a cooked beakfast with eggs
etc. I was wondering if anyone has a good healthy milkshake recipe for me?
I'm after protien rather than carbs so cereal has probably been the wrong
way to go. Milk shake with a couple of eggs(should i only use egg whites?),
low fat milk, bananna? Any ideas before I make a mess of it? It could be
messy if I let my imagination run wild.

    Cheers

    Mike

  2. Mike,
Being the homotwit/[censored] you are, just lay back in bed, point that 2" of
stiff man meat in the air, start peeing, and open your mouth.

tablespoon chocolate drink powder (yes, I like chocolate)
    handful frozen berries
    tablespoon flaxseed oil
    teaspoon fish oil
    tablespoon greens powder

    Meh. <shrugs>
Some of the tomato and other savory based recipes don't sound too bad
    actually. ;-)

The ones with milk, bannana etc. sound NASTY <bleargh!>

Personally, I prefer my tuna (in water) made into a good tuna salad and
    eaten with celery......

1 can tuna in water, well drained
1/4 cup mayo (low fat if you worry about fat)
    1 roma tomato, chopped
    1 tbs. dill relish
1/4 tsp. salt free lemon pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 cup minced chives or scallions
    1 dash worcestershire sauce

Serve with celery sticks if you are low carbing,
or on saltine crackers if you don't care.

Also goes VERY well in a whole wheat pita pocket
with alfalfa sprouts and more sliced roma tomatos,

or rolled up in steam wilted cabbage leaves to make
    stuffed cabbage.

Chopped chicken can be substituted for the tuna
    if you don't like fish.

Milk, banana, chocolate flavoured whey protein powder. For a single
    serve, use half a banana.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

    My basic shake:
8 oz of Carb Countdown chocolate dairy beverage or milk
cup or so of ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate whey powder
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed for fiber (or some flax/Udo's oil)
handful of berries and/or some sliced peaches (sometimes)

Sometimes I'll make one with a tangerine Diet Rite, a bit of ice, and
vanilla powder. Sort of like a creamsicle.

You COOK your eggs??? You wimp! We down a dozen a day, RAW, not cooked.
    Try it, you'll like it.

Is there a slight risk of Salmonella eating raw eggs?

Just like there's a slight risk of dying every time you leave the house.

Will I live forever if I never leave the house?

Kinda like Life Extension Home Detention?

  18. Here's my favorite:

2 c. Atkins fat free milk

1 1/2 scoops Optimum whey protein

    1 egg

    1 1/2 tbsp. honey

    5 g. creatine

    2 packets Splenda sweetener

    1 tbsp. vanilla extract

    1 banana

    2 ice cubes

    Blend until smooth
