Bingo, and he has been helpful on at least one occasion that I can think
of. However, he has spent most of his days in my killfile due to the
annoyance factor. :-)

This idiot has been around for quite a long time. He has nothing better to
do. Just ignore him, like JC. They will never go away, but who really
cares? There are mentally challenged people in the world and there is
nothing we can do about that. I am sure these people are on some
medications, but would imagine it isn't enough for these severe cases.

I have an old newsreader OE 4 and it automatically puts him in blue when
he changes his name. I dunno how or why, but it does. The one occasion
where he was helpful was when he told me what some lab abbreviations
were. As far as the responses to him go, I'll leave that to you. :-)

who posted to SMC (up until 1999) appears totally legit and in no way
connected to Chung or Mu.

Why look for a real person behind the Mu character when all the evidence
points to Mu merely being Chung's sock puppet? It's the only explanation
that fits all the facts. That's especially true in older posts before
Chung/Mu got smart and switched to news providers that conceal identifying
header information.

He changes his name and address sometimes several times in one day! Long
ago, I did report him. So did many others here. Keeping it up would be a
career and not a well paying one. Easier just to kill-file him when he
Mu-tates into yet another person. Just take that version of his name and
add it to the blocked senders list.
