  1. Do you wonder why men die before women?

Did you know that men die at higher rates than women from all 10 of the
    leading causes of death?

Do you know that research trying to find out why men die earlier does
not include adult men from different backgrounds from across the
    country?

My name is Dr. James Mahalik and I am a researcher at Boston College
examining men's health issues. I am contacting you to ask you to take
a 25-30 minute, anonymous, on-line survey. I've designed the study so
that you can answer it at any time of the day or night in the privacy
of your home or another place by clicking on the url below:

    https://www.psychdata.com/surveys.asp?SID=7938

The goal in this study is to learn more about influences on men's
health in order to help men live longer and healthier lives. Research
on these issues has been criticized for not including adult men from a
broad range of backgrounds and ages. So without understanding the
experiences of men like you, work on men's health remains very
    incomplete.

Your participation is entirely anonymous. In the study, you will not be
asked to give any identifying information (e.g., name, town, address).
Your decision to take part in this study is voluntary. You will not be
contacted in any way following your participation in the survey. You
will not be asked to buy anything or to sign up for any membership. You
are only being asked to complete the on-line survey and nothing else.

Thank you for your willingness to consider participating in this
survey. If you have any questions, please contact me at [email hidden].
Also, if you are interested in receiving results from this study,
please send me an e-mail to at [email hidden] and ask for a summary of
the studies findings when complete (about 1-2 months).

It's because us men usually don't go to the doctor until the cancer tumor

Did you get any good narcotics from the doctor? You make a follow-up
appointment with a orthopod/chiropractor/physical therapist yet? Are you
behaving yourself and NOT WORKING OUT??!?!

I got some Vicodin and I'm nicely stoned, thanks. Yes, my lower back still
hurts. And I made an appointment today to see a spine specialist Thursday
morning. No, I didn't work out today, which is REALLY hard. I've never had
more than a three day break in over three years. Today, I went to a store
and just wandered around looking at [censored]. I even looked at kitchen
utensils. It was my gym time and I just couldn't sit at home.

Any suggestions on what to do to maintain this week. I did 150 pushups
tonight in sets of 25. This is killing me. I'm sure I'll lose everything
and look like John Candy did just before he died by week's end.

Ambulance chasers and speculative litigation notwithstanding, you will
need to take into consideration the abrupt cessation of your normal
activities and functions, due to no fault of your own, when
considering whether you are entitled to claim 'compensation' from the
    3rd party.

From what you have told us it is obvious you have a very strong case,
both morally and legally, and should seek legal advice as soon as
    possible.

You need to read the thread Tabber and understand the better Larry's
dilemma, for it is he that is the moral person seeking an honourable
    course of action.

It is to your father's conscience that he must be answerable, for
despite whatsoever so many of the legal profession have done to
besmirch the good name of their calling, there are still many who are
substantially upright citizens possessed with honesty and integrity,
including a number in my own immediate family!!

I do thank the noble Charles for such a punctual, yet emergent, reply

Morally? Wow! My dad's a lawyer and I never heard him inject
morals into the daily dicourse of lawyering, least of all in a
    whiplash case.

Thou trusting, naive Charles, Larry seeks not the most just course of
action. Low! He seeks a monetary gain to indulge his now raging
Vicaden habit. With such a trusting nature I find it hard to believe
that thou noble Charles has traversed this broad land far enough to
bestow a cultured answer on such a topic as individual morality.

I do thank the noble Charles for such a punctual, yet emergent, reply
to what has been distinguished as a most controversial notion.

John assesses correctly. I want nothing for free and nothing that isn't
owed to me, fair and square. I sleep better that way. Some would call me
stupid for not taking advantage of a situation like this, but it works for
    me.

Do you wonder why men die before women?

Probably caused by different hormones flowing through our bodies
