Cannot help you with the file too big problem. However, the latest version of Memory Map 2003
was 3.1.6.

If you bought memory map legitimately, you can download the new 2004 navigator programme. 3D Views
are magnificent....

Anyway, because of some gay copyright scam they wont allow you to open your
2002/2003 maps so your expected to go out and buy all new ones ! Not bloody likely, have you seen
how much they charge ?!

All you need to do is download a free HEX editor programme. Open your *.qct map file, scroll down to
the very last line and edit the value that says 'crown copyright 2003' and change the value to read
2004. SIMPLE............

Your old maps will now work with the shiney new software.

Memory-map got back to me with a link to the 3.1.6 ...the last of the 2003 software. I post it below
in case anyone has similar problems.

Hi, Downloaded a hex editor....but I cannot work out what to do..... would appreciate a pointer.

Open your chosen map file i.e. os50_disk01.qct with the hex editor. Scroll to the very bottom and on
the right you should see the words 'crown copyright 2002' or similar. Highlight the '2' in '2002'
and you should see the hex value for that character on the left. '33' or similar Change the hex
value until you see '2004'

It's dificult to offer advice as all the hex editor programmes are different
