What works even better is a "meat baller", looks something
like an ice cream scoop with two half-spheres and a scissor
action. One can quickly grasp a clump of meatball mixture in
it, squeeze together, then release, and end up with a
perfect meatball.

I feel the same way about that new egg de-sheller (I think
I just invented a new word!) gadget. Another one that
really got under my skin was the pancake maker thing. The
hinged pan one.

I mean come on! All these commercial show us people making a
royal mess in the kitchen.

I may not be the neatest cook around but I don't have
pancake batter or eggshells all over the place either!
