Quoted message said:Hi, I eat about every three hours and my meals look like this during
the weekdays:
Meal 1: Protein shake + piece of fruit
Meal 2: Canned chicken breast + lettuce
Meal 3: Protein shake + piece of fruit
Meal 4: Protein bar
Meal 5: Low fat chicken strips + veggie
I want to replace meal 4 with a whole food; something that is simple to
prepare.
Any suggestions?
How about eating some real foods instead of that manufactured [censored]. Eat
real meat and real veggies and real fruit. The only decent part of that
menu is the lettuce, fruit and veggies.
Eat real fresh eggs, beef, chicken, fish, pork. Eat real potatoes,
peas, carrots, lettuces, etc.
There is more to nutrition than protein bars and avoiding all carbs.
Real meat will contain all kinds of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc.
real fresh whole food produce contains all kinds of excellent nutrition
and is naturally low-carb compared to pasta, bread, sugar etc.
Animal fats from healthy animals is very healthy. Bone broths from
whole chickens (with the fat) and beef bones (with the marrow) is all
very very healthy.
