  1. Malitol gives me poopoo platter (|) Anyway my friend love Malitol saying it
helps him get off stalls and resumes weight loss. My ass is so sore I cannot
    continue.

Anyone else have this problem with Malitol?

  2. my wife does, i do not.
i have never hear anyone say it ended stalls, only caused them, but i geuss
if you plowed ahead despite digestive troubles, that it might, though such
weight loss has to be considered suspect....

Of course, there are less expensive ways to eat what you want and purge.

My husband and I tried the sugar free Hersheys products recently. They
were delicious but, OMIGOD! We lived in the bathroom. It got ugly.
never again. they were not worth the pain.
For your sore bottom, try what I do. I buy the toilet paper that has
vit e and aloe in it. I also use baby wipes, and sometimes put Noxema
on my TP and wipe with that. These things really help. I have an
inflammatory bowel disease so I'm kind of an expert on sore bottoms.
    Hope this helps.
