You need to eat less carbohydrates, just like competitive bodybuilders do
before a contest.
Or try this easy to remember method:
Breakfast - eat a large whatever-you-want balanced meal. Cereal, Fruit, Eggs,
Bacon, Toast etc.
Lunch - Chicken breast (no skin) or Tuna, plus green salad (vinegar
dressing).
Dinner - same as lunch.
Drinks - Tea, Coffee, Diet sodas, Water (no milk or juices or sugar sodas)
No snacks.
The theory of the large breakfast is that it fuels you for the rest of the
day. Whatever carbs you eat at breakfast will be burnt off by the end of the
day. Carbs eaten later in the day are a problem - especially before going to
bed ( the worst time to eat them).
You might lose some energy later in the day due to lack of carbs - solution,
drink some black coffee.
