only response is "steamed steak!!". LOL...yet he/she never does say my
steaks aren't delicious..which they are. So sad....well...if any chef
doesn't like me presenting my "bachelor" recipes online....then just come
whip my ass and I'll stop giving them.

At ease, friend. If you want to shout at that lady, that's your
business. But why shout at us? I saw your pork chop recipe, and I
agree that it is almost Southern and would be good (probably too much
oil in the pan but it would depend on the size of the pan and the
size/number of chops you're cookking), but I think you gave one piece
of bad advice. Why would you advise someone to put water into a pan
that has half an inch of hot oil to determine whether it's hot? There
are other ways of telling that wouldn't involve splashing hot oil all
over your stove top.

And it does take a brain to cook well. It's not magic and it's not
rocket science - but there is science involved as well as art, and it
takes study and concentration and practice before it's done well.
