Oh sure, I've seen that. I've just never seen it in a rider that has had several years as a pro to get over it. That's bizarre. I guess it would explain why someone who is supposedly so talented as a climber has yet to win a race where the big dogs show up.

Well, Chris Boardman never seemed to get comfortable in the peloton, either. He was always seen in the positions that JT described (then, unfortunately, lying on the road in a heap a little too frequently).
With that talent, Danielson can accumulate the best virtual palmares ever.
