Why bother, the only people who complain about MacDonalds being unhealthy are people who would never eat there.

If the free radical hypotheses are correct, the food is probably worse, though probably by very little. Who knows? If you become a scientist, do a simple experiment. It's called a Rancimat test. Compare various fast food items to "basic" food items, like hard-boiled eggs, cheese, etc. It would be interesting to see the results of such a test, though I doubt that I'd be surprised. Usually, if they use things like homogenized, frozen egg whites or low-grade, partially-hydrogenated oils you will get results that are meaningless to a person who only eats fresh, whole foods, so that's a possible joker in the deck.

Although it is somewhat good that McDonalds is introducing salads and decreasing portion sizes but this is only a small step for Mcdonalds. I believe that Mcdonalds and any fast food place like Mcdonalds cannot actually serve all healthy foods. What we need see more often is to have resturants that are fast foods but are totally healthy and that use organic ingredients. So what do you think?
