searching revealed quality control issues, and retention
issues IIRC. I saw them in a Supergo catalog last year.

yeah, I'm interested in them partly because of the weight,
but also because they might be super easy to get into on my
tandem. taking off uphill from a light, it can be hard to
hit a one-sided pedal, and a lightweight twosided pedal like
Ti speedplay gets REAL expensive.
What got me "concerned" was the mention of "Polymer
Bearings", and I can't imagine plastic bearings lasting
very long....
but... I haven't seen any in Ebay, so I'm wondering what
people are doing with them, or if they aren't even
trying them.
