I've been low carbing it mostly with chicken and fish...And I'm fed
up with that (for now). So For lunches next week I thought I'd make a
double batch of this and not do the sandwich or rice route; just eat it
from a plate/bowl. I was thinking of adding addition stuff such as
brocolli, snow peas and say oyster sauce (as part of the doubling ...
to replace some of the Soy) and of course loads of extra garlic.
Anybody else got Ideas for additional ingredients?
