I just adore lamb..and never tried it this way.
Tonight, she who turns sedans into convertables had char-sui lamb chops
done under the griller...... and I had some thick and tender pork loins,
seasoned, seared, and put in a hot oven for 5 mins,
We had cubed potatos and sweet potato, steamed and put in a bowl with
plenty of freshly chopped (continental) parsley, and garlic butter as a
side, with fresh steamed veges.
