If you live in Kansas City, and you are NOT getting it from Jack
Stack's, that might be your core problem.Though I digress....
Seriously, though, I tend to make my own lunch to take to work because
the cafeteria options and the fast food outlets around me dont' thrill
me. Turkey Sammich, sometimes with guac, some leftover rice or pasta,
fruit, chips, carrots, you know, the healthy stuff.Occasionally, I'll spluge and get an Italian Beef with fries. every
few months.SilentMikie <[email hidden]> wrote in message

I'm sitting at my desk at work I'm asking myself what is something
healthy to eat for lunch. I usually just hit a local bbq place and get a
1/4 pound of brisket, I know its not very healthy but any ideas you guys
have would be cool.-Thanks
again, we need to know the goal of this diet.... just to get through a
sedentary life without packing on the weight, or to manage a moderately
active life, or to fuel a fairly serious athlete?
and i wouldn't recommend chips, which ARE NOT healthy stuff.
