One question: the wheels have aero spokes, but two front and one rear spoke are circular section. Any idea why?
Some of them got broken, the rotten vendor couldn't be bothered to match the spokes properly when they fixed them and hoped nobody would notice or bother to complain. I'd check for other damage. Who was it bought from?

AFAIK they have a good reputation to keep. Maybe whoever supplied them the wheel was trying to pull a fast one, or maybe there is a good explanation. I suggest you ask them.
