  1. I'm only five pounds from my goal: 220/175/170 but I have hit a plateau,
can't seem to get of that last five pounds. I've been doing induction style
low carb eating but can't seem to get back into ketosis or loose more
    weight.

Is my body fat too low to get into ketosis?

  2. You don't need ketosis. You need to eat less to lose more weight.

How long have you been on a plateau?

Wow...I bet nobody here ever thought of that one.....Thanks for the tip.
Without such brilliant insight where would newsgroups be? I guess I can
understand why Trolls troll, some people just enjoy negative degrading
drivel, blindly casting a little rain on everyone's parade but what I can't
understand is why they don't have enough intelligence to use "new
material"....the same old repeated claptrap eventually just annoys out of
simple boredom. New material on occasion would be most appreciated....Soggy

You're too close to goal to have any metabolic edge left,
but that's not the same as having problems getting into
    ketosis.

The last 10 or so take lowering calories. Perhaps cut
    fat some at a time.

How long have you been at 20? There's a time limit of 6
months for folks who don't have "a lot to lose" and you
never qualified for that with only 50 at the start. If
you've been at 20 the entire time your CCLL may have
crashed to zero. That wouldn't effect the need to lower
your calories to get down those last 5, but it would
    impact your maintenance phase.

  7. If you already have all the answers, why are you still so fat?
