Yes it is. The fad dieters are what is in decline.
Fad dieters will always be around. These are people looking for a quick
fix, and exactly the people that manufactuers of such producst as Cortislim
are targeting. "Take a pill and lose weight!" In general, these people are
too lazy to bother to learn about a diet and how it works, and then follow
the program.
Those of us who follow the low-carb lifestyle have seen it work, and even
though some of us have experienced stalls, we keep on it anyway. We
understand that the human body is a carb-burning machine, that it will store
excess carbs as fat, and burn that fat in the absence of sufficient carbs,
but will find ways to fuel the body from protein and fat if we eat enough of
those and limit the carbs.
For those of us who are still overweight, our bodies work against us. Our
bodies are designed to make the most of everything we put into our mouths
and conserve every calorie. In a sense, we have to outsmart our bodies.
