supplements?

Sadly, if you've ever hung around a pharmacy and watched them actually
make custome stuff they often don't clean things off from the last time
they used them. Seems, though, that there'd need to be quite a bit of
meth for it to show. I wonder if he's still got any of these supplements.

Sounded like the team disagreed with him and sacked him.

and then count them out and put them in the bottle. If there was methadone
capsules on the tray just before he counted out the suppliments it is
possible that they could have received a VERY small amount of methadone
pwder on the outside.

This drug stands out like a lighthouse in an analysis. It is one of the
easiest drugs to detect. Which would lead one to wonder why anyone would
ever use it.

We don't know how much *methadone* (please don't abbreviate, "meth" is often
abbreviated for "methamphetimine"😉 is needed for a positive test. With the
very long half-life, it would not take much to trigger a positive. Zero
tolerance makes zero sense to me.

Exactly right. How is it going to help a cyclist that would not have a
legitimate need? It is never used for acute pain. Never. I can't think of
any way for it to help an athlete unless they have severe chronic pain and
he would be racing for the handicapped Olympics (I forget what the actual
organization name is). This is really a sad case (again).

In general, you're right about pharmacies dumping pills on a counting
tray, but there are still some (many? I don't really know for sure) that
mix stuff in-house.

Which is why I think there is a possiblity that what he said happened
*may* have actually happened. On the other hand, he simply may not have
thought anyone would be looking for methadone.
