  1. What are the best excercises for losing weight around the sotmach area?
Also, how long will it take to lost 2 stones?

    Thanks in advance.

The sotmach is still pretty much unmapped territory on the human body, little
is known about it. Even with the wealth of know-it-alls we have here, I doubt
one single person can give you any info on the "sotmach".

Cardiovascular exercises such as running, cross country skiing, sculling are
good for burning calories. Weight training is good because it can increase
the number of calories you use even at rest. I would argue the most
important exercise would be table push aways (eat less).

With dedication to a diet and exercise routine, you could probably do it in
3-4 months. Most likely you will begin feeling better much sooner.

  4. Just jog. You'l lose your stones before you know it.

You cannot spot reduce. Any aerobic exercise will assist you in losing
weight; some weight training helps as does reducing the energy intake
    modestly.

Losing 2 stones is painful; a friend had to go to the emergency room and
they had to bombard his kidneys with ultrasound to break up the other
    stones.

I once lost 2 stones by taking my shoes off and picking the stones out of
    the shoe.

Sorry, I could not resist. I find the stone measurements to be hard to
    understand.

    Liposuction

If you drink lots of fluids and the stones are small, it should not
take long, but will still be painful.

[censored]. Do situps and stomach crunches, see the results yourself.

If you have a layer of fat on you stomach and do only crunches, i.e. no
calorie modifications you simply gain muscles under the fat. If you
have a flat stomach to start, adipose removed, then crunches will make
a visible change. Do you really think a guy with a 40 inch gut that
makes no Caloric changes, does crunches, will get that 6-pack look? I
suggest you not stay up at night watching infomercials. How many penis
enlargement devices did you buy before you realized you can't make a
    snake out of baby worm?

You said it was" too big" and "it hurts without lube", so how much bigger do
    you need it Doug?

It is NOT [censored]. You cannot isolate weight loss to a particular
part of the body. Any doctor or nutirtionist will tell you this.

Well then next time don't buy me such a large one Donovan. I appreciate the
birthday present, but you selected it, so don't try laying blame on me.

  13. What you say doesn't matter because anti-matter cancels you out.

Close enough for many purposes. 448 avoirdupois ounces is more exact.
