Ok, I have been working out a lot recently. Every couple of months I
get into the habit for about a week or so then get lazy or just forget.
This time I am a little more focused, I am 19 6'2 163 lbs, can put up
170. i have decent size arms for a skinny guy but a small chest, I am
looking to gain weight muscle preferably but I wouldn't really mind
some fat. I live the life of a fat person pretty much, I play sports
seldemonly these days, eat lots of junk food, eat a double egg
sandwitch a day, sometimes twice, rarely skip meals. my skiniess isn't
genetic my dad is almost 60 and is probably 220 and can put up his
weight. Does anyone have any workout techniques or diet plans that can
help me put some weight on my bones?

protein. That's all there is to it.

Will,
Are you serious about putting on some weight, muscle?
I mean really serious?
Cause being 'a little ore focused' aint gonna cut it! I'm just telling
you the truth.Putting on muscle is simple but it is damn f@#$%*&g hard.
I started working out when I was 15 years old, was 6' tall and weighed
145lbs. By the time I was 19 years old I was 6'3" tall and weight
260lbs.The basic version of my workout:
Hit the gym 3 - 4 times a week and lift compound exercises heavy eg.
Bench press, Squat, Deadlifts.Eat! Eat good quality! and eat plenty! For example breakfast was a
large bowl of oatmeal with a protein shake. 2 hours later I would eat
two roast beef sandwiches and a small tub of yogurt. Lunch was 2
chicken fillets with vegetables, 2 bananas and 1/2 litre of milk. 2
hours later was a small can of tuna and some fruit. Dinner was meat
(anything) and vegetables. 2 hours later was a bowl of cereal with milk
and a protein shake. I wold also have a protein shake straight after my
workout on the days I hit the gym.Sleep, at least 8 hours a night.
Wether you follow my plan or not is up to you, it really is that
simple. I have seen over 80 guys follow my advice and all put on weight
after trying to put on weight for a year or two.The real lesson tough is... you have you have to be commited to the
process. there were days i couldn't stand to even look at food, but I
still ate. There were days I didn't want to get under that squat bar,
tough, I got under their and busted my ass. I was still at school at
the time but I had to take a part time job just to afford to eat, so I
did. And while all my friends were out partying and buying booze, I was
resting and buying groceries at the local market. You wanna put on weight. Then do it.
Have a powerful day!

Peanut butter, milk.
20-rep squats, if you're a tough guy.

in that order.
