Greetings:
I am looking to buy a better to high quality steel (full cromoly) frame
at 59cm. Component quality not all that important as I can upgrade
those as I need them.
As long as the frame is in really good shape age is not all that
important. I remember I had a Zullo steel frame in the late 1980's I
really liked . . .

I have an Ibis Spanky. 60cm.
About 10 years old. Red enamel, stainless steel chainstays. Minor
paint chips, never crashed, never raced. Frame only.
