Might be easier if you walked down to your corner grocery store and picked
up some ephedrine in the "cough and cold" drug aisle.

So, is there any ephedrine pills available for sale any more? Or do
you have to buy it as a cold and cough medicine? I had just seen
ephedrine pills at a gas station about a month or so ago but haven't
    seen them since.

  4. A lot of bodybuilding shops sell it. Megapro Vasopro is usually the brand.
Or go online. I know Performance Nutrition carrys it.

In the UK it's illegal to sell ephedrine OTC. Have you tried googling
on "eca stack uk" which has some interesting results.

Bronkaid and Primatene contain just ephedrine and guafenisen (the
spelling of that might be wrong, and I don't care). The guafenisen is
irrelevant and can be ignored, unless you're cooking meth. If you're
taking enough Bronkaid/Primatene to worry about the expectorant, the
ephedrine would have killed you already.

I don't know about where you are, but Mini Thins and Ephedrine Plus are in

    David---

Don't convenience stores just about everywhere carry Mini Thins or
such things? They're epehedrine and guafenesin but should be cheaper than
    Priamatene/Bronkaid.

I have "heard" that truck stops in Southern Nevada carry Mini Thins, but,
surprisingly, I don't often get the urge to go to one. The supermarket is
    around the corner.

Bronkaid costs me about $0.18 per 25mg tablet. What kind of price you
getting at Bertha's Diesel Stop And Eats?

But you can't buy a bottle of "ephedrine" online any more. So, to
answer my own question, you cannot buy a product labeled ephedrine any
    more. Correct?

  15. Wrong Ephedrine is still available online and at stores. They just removed
the weightloss/energy claims from labels. Basically put the labels kinda
like they were 8 -10 years ago. They were marketed as asthma/allergy pills
before they were subjugated by the weightloss industry and over hyped and
pushed down everyones throat as a miracle drug for weight loss. That is when
they became a sore spot on the great pharmacuetical god. And then they, well
basically went after the weightloss industry and won. Well all is not lost
pure ephedrine is available if you know where to look.

Sounds like it's also got guaifenesin (sp?) in it, too. Either it's
not pure, or the claims they make for it are wrong.

  19. Sorry for the jumbled, incoherent and rambling paragraph that follows. I
    sometimes lack proper articulation.

I believe that if the weightloss industry did not develop there outlandish
advertising campaign, where one company had to out do the next in 'claims'.
Ephedra would still be available. It was not until the late 90's that
ephedra was targeted as 'dangerous', after 5000 years of safe use, that was
when the sales started to make a dent into the pharmaceutical weightloss
market. Ephedra sales kept rising, due partly to the increase in free
advertising given it from the media, that is also when the largest amount of
uninformed individuals took it. The advertising machine of the weightloss
industry put out more and more outrageous ads that catered to the couch
potato, most of whom should not be drinking coffee never mind taking the
amount of caffeine in the weightloss pills. Well that caffeine rush can be
pretty dramatic in those not used to it. So incident reports rose. Now if
the weightloss industry kept there advertising on the straight and narrow we
would still have those products available to us. This is not to say that I
am against advertising I just believe if you have a good product that works
and it sells well over marketing can destroy it very easily.
With capitalism sometimes comes lack of common sense. Note not all of the
companies who made ephedra products made outrageous claims to them I applaud
them it is the ones who did that I curse to a quick demise. This also can be
said of Pro-Hormones and pretty much anything.

As far as I can tell, the only thing not available anymore are products
hawked by outlandish advertising campaigns aimed at uninformed fat people.

I just went and checked and I found two ephedrine products appropriate
for EC stacking for sale without prescriptions at www.cvs.com. I know I
can find them at half a dozen places in my small New England town,
including my local grocery store. I also order a discounted version
online and routinely get them delivered legally as long as they are in
small quantities. The quantity restriction is because they are used in
illegal drug labs to make crystal meth and that has bad public health
consequences that reach beyond any Steve Belcher-type incidents.

    Quoted message said:

Please expand on the "5000 years of safe use" concept. The drugs had no
dangerous side effects for 5000 years?

    Quoted message said:

So when self-regulation fails and people start complaining because they
were led to believe something was safe with no undesirable side effects
    - when it actually has noticeable undesireable side effects - is the
solution to laugh at the duped consumer or to regulate the deceptive
    products?

Capitalism assumes everyone will be aggressive and informed advocates
for themselves. It falls flat when people just aren't up to the
challenge of either advocating for themselves (calling the advertiser a
liar loud enough for others to hear it) or aren't educated enough
(thinking that three stacker products would be better than cutting one
in half.) Laws are frequently made with the intent of mitigating the
cruelty of capitalism. Taking deceptively advertised stacker products
aimed at uninformed fat people off the market was a reasonable step, in
    my opinion.

As near as I can tell your main complaint is that you're an uninformed
fat person who can't be deceived by your favorite overpriced product
    anymore.

I can see why that might make you bitter.

Perhaps a solution for this would be for you to learn more. Try
