race. How does one go about contacting these guys? I can't seem to

The course has been described as very hilly. Somewhere around 10,000
feet of climbing over 112 miles.

Tom Kunich would be a good choice. That guy throws down the wattage in
the TT. He possesses nearly as much cycling knowledge in his head
(which he is kind to share with us occasionally) as he does wattage in
his legs.
